MIDDLE EAST: THE NIGHTMARE SCENARIOs THATPREPARES IRAN (ANALYSIS OF EUROPEAN DEPARTMENT for SECURITY and INFORMATION D.E.S.I.)
This morning an Israeli newspaper left Yedioth Ahronot, is notoriously hostile to Netanyahu andrather docile with Obama, he is forced to publish a Smadar Perry signature analysis in which the Israeli journalist reprises the themes touched only yesterdayby Rights Reporter about the situation in Yemen andwere preparing the Iranian Ayatollahs before ArabStates intervenes.
In his editorial Smadar Perry admits finally that the Israeli Government are at least four years that warnsthe international community on the vast floor of the Middle East by Iran and admits that as required by Israeli intelligence is surely true. If Iran controlled theYemen and Djibouti Strait (or, as they call it at the international level, the Straits of Bab-el-Mandeb) notonly would review all oil routes, which would be very serious, but also all the commercial traffic to and fromthe Middle East via the Suez Canal. The Iran wouldunder his total control over a vast territory extending from Iraq to Lebanon (to Syria) and in addition would monitor all traffic Red Sea trade. One nightmare scenario endorsed by the White House but, thank goodness, not from Arab countries which have decided to intervene in Yemen without asking anyone'spermission, nor to Obama on which, it is now clear, cannot make any expectations.
Confronted with a scenario like the bogeyman of ISIS becomes even more a colossal media screening by which Iran has not only put his hands on the Middle East but failed even to get (we will in the next few hours) an incredible deal on its nuclear program. The world is so busy fearing Islamic State not to realize that the real danger is the Iran. Not that the Islamic State is not dangerous, far from it, but to get to thedangers represented by Ayatollah still must make way.And the Kurds, with their old weapons and powerfullittle, have amply demonstrated that these phenomenaare far from unbeatable. Just have the will.
With the intervention IN YEMEN WILL CHANGE IRANIAN Teheran plans did not at all pleased that the Arab States have intervened in the Yemen, the thinghas ruined the plans of the ayatollahs, and yesterdayordered the withdrawal of 30,000 pasdaran who were about to attack Tikrit, in Iraq. The goal is simple, do not remove the media power to ISIS, i.e. not destroy him.Other reasons officially but the reality is that aweakened militarily and ISIS do not need media in Tehran. And you don't need even that Obama is preparing to make incredible concessions on Iran's nuclear program with the excuse that Iran needed tofight ISIS. Then the acceleration data in recent weeksby the Iranians on virtually all fronts, from the Syrian to the Yemeni past that Iraqi, has been clearly a slowdown due to the awareness on the part of Arab countries can't rely on Obama. Hence the consequentdecision to enter the military camp by Saudi Arabia,Egypt, Australia and even Sudan. The nightmare scenario that was foreshadowing with the Iran that hadthe plan to control all routes to the Middle East haspushed Arab leaders to intervene and to leave u.s.permanently incomprehensible policies.
CONSEQUENCES for the PALESTINES IIn this scenarios in the Middle East deeply changed the Palestinian question, already quite irrelevant, becomes even an obstacle to Arab containment policies of Iranianexpansion. The first result is a more open cooperationof the Arab Israeli intelligence, actually already in placefor some time but never made official. Hamas, nowdefinitely riavvicinatosi to Teheran, becomes a dangerto Arab States from then until yesterday that Qatarhad financed. But especially among the Arabs there is now widespread awareness that their true enemy is not Israel but the great Iran.
